Can I upgrade and downgrade at any time?
We know that business activity is seasonal and can change month to month. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and downgrade to a lower plan once a month. Any billing changes will either be processed immediately or being deferred till the next billing cycle, depending on whether HelpfulCrowd or the eCommerce platform is performing billing.
