HelpfulCrowd gives complete flexibility and control over what is, and what isn't published and shared. We suggest that you familiarise yourself with best practice publishing guidelines for Reviews and Q&A

As a general rule we recommend publishing all relevant reviews. A negative review is a great opportunity to create a positive experience.

If you do not believe that the review is representative of the actual experience you can contact the customer privately with the Smart Email Assistant feature with a view to resolving their concerns and turning it into a great experience.
