Modifying Product Images
Most images retrieved from Ecommerce platforms are optimized perfectly, however some images, due to the background interference or colors may need to be optimized manually.
The screenshot below shows an example of where a custom image provides a polished user experience when interacting with the email review request.
Here's how to simply override the stock eCommerce asset and upload a custom product image in HelpfulCrowd.
Go to Product menu and select the target product
Select Edit
2. Upload and Save Image
Enable Overwrite product image
Choose file - custom image must be 1.5 width : 1.0 height proportion
Save
The image will be updated with the custom image.
