Maximise Business Reviews with Review Toggle
When leaving product reviews customers usually also make mention of business services, such as the delivery time, the ease of ordering or even the help they received when deciding.
Don't let these reviews go to waste. Instead, toggle these reviews and show them off as both business and product reviews or just business reviews.
Go to the review under Moderation > Reviews
Click on the Business button to mark the review as also being a Business review
When successfully tagged, the Business button will change to green.
To unpublish EITHER the Product or Business review, just click on the button again.
Business reviews are displayed on the Sidebar and Review Journal Widgets.
