Unpublishing Reviews
HelpfulCrowd gives you full control over what is and isn't published.
Review can be unpublished from the storefront two different ways:
Flagging a review as inappropriate
Archiving
HelpfulCrowd's ContentGuard Control™️ is the recommend method to unpublish inappropriate reviews and Q&A. It provides the business owner with full control to report and immediately remove publicly facing content.
The following short video shows a step-by-step example of a review being unpublish quickly and easily using ContentGuard Control™️.
The archiving button is the same as an unpublish button. When you click on the archive button, it immediately removes the publicly facing content.
The following screenshot shows the location of the archive button on a review in the Moderation > Reviews screen.
