Give a 'little something' back to your customers with Review Rewards. It only takes two simple steps to setup using Thank-you emails.

Review Rewards work like this:

First and reminder review request email templates highlight to your customer that you'll send them a 'secret surprise' for taking the time to write a review
When the customers submits the review, they receive a Thank-you email with the coupon code

Customise the Review Request Email templates and let your customers know that if they write a review you'll send them a 'secret surprise' for their time and feedback
Customise the positive AND critical Thank-you Email templates and include a static coupon code that you generated in your Ecommerce platform

Remember to also ensure that you detail any coupon restrictions - eligible products, expiry dates or other relevant coupon information.

Pro tip: Consider using a higher value coupon in the critical review Thank-you email. This is a great way to show that you genuinely care and appreciate your customers open and honest feedback. It's also a great way to get a second chance to delight them.
