Product/Service email review request suppression

Sometimes you may have specific products or services that you don't want to send review requests for. It may be for gift certificates or for a service request, such as a rework request.

If you need to suppress review requests for specific products, you can manage these in Products

Set-up steps

1. Goto to the product catalogue
2. Click Archive for the product you wish to suppress
