To ensure compliance with customers requests, you can anonymize all customer data in the APP by following the following steps:


  1. Go to Customers in the main menu.
  2. Search for the customer email address.
  3. Click on Anonymize (eraser icon) button for the desired customer record.
  4. The system will replace existing customer details with randomly generated dataโ€”this masks all sensitive information.

  • Anonymization Process: The feature replaces all personal identifiable customer information (such as name, email, and contact details) with randomized values, ensuring privacy and masking real information.
  • Reversibility: This action is irreversibleโ€”the original data cannot be retrieved once anonymized.
  • Use Cases: Ideal for deactivating accounts, meeting privacy compliance, or removing outdated test user data.
