To ensure compliance with customers requests, you can anonymize all customer data in the APP by following the following steps:
- Go to Customers in the main menu.
- Search for the customer email address.
- Click on Anonymize (eraser icon) button for the desired customer record.
- The system will replace existing customer details with randomly generated dataโthis masks all sensitive information.

- Anonymization Process: The feature replaces all personal identifiable customer information (such as name, email, and contact details) with randomized values, ensuring privacy and masking real information.
- Reversibility: This action is irreversibleโthe original data cannot be retrieved once anonymized.
- Use Cases: Ideal for deactivating accounts, meeting privacy compliance, or removing outdated test user data.
