Masonry and Single Column Layout

Every store is different, which is why we give you choice on how to display reviews.

Reviews

By default, the Product Tabs, Sidebar and Review Journal widgets will all display in masonry grid layout style. 

Masonry Grid

The Masonry layout is great when you have a lot of reviews. When you're just starting out it might be a bit bare and leave some white space. So if you're just starting out, you might want to switch from the Masonry grid to the more traditional Single column layout.

How to switch views?

From your HelpfulCrowd control panel, go to Display > Settings | Reviews
Select the grid view you wish to use - Masonry or Single column
Save
Refresh your storefront page

Question & Answer

Question and Answer can also be switched between masonry and single column layout. This is a separate control to the review control outlined above.

Select the grid view you wish to use - Masonry or Single column
