Aftership + HelpfulCrowd

Sending review requests after the customer has received the goods is one of the best ways to increase review collection rates.

If you're using Aftership, you can now integrate it with HelpfulCrowd to trigger and send review requests shortly after the order has been delivered.

Aftership + HelpfulCrowd integration steps

1. Go to Tools > Integrations
2. Click on Connect on the Aftership integration card
3. Follow the onscreen instructions and verify the integration
4. Check that email trigger is set to Delivered in email settings
