# Who decides what is shared and published?

As a general rule we recommend publishing all **relevant** reviews. A [negative review](https://helpfulguides.crisp.help/en/article/managing-negative-reviews-nnsshr/) is a great opportunity to create a positive experience.

If you do not believe that the review is representative of the actual experience you can contact the customer privately with the [Smart Email Assistant](https://helpfulguides.crisp.help/en/article/the-smart-email-assistant-dj29dq/) feature with a view to resolving their concerns and turning it into a great experience.
