# Product/Service email review request suppression

Sometimes you may have specific products or services that you don't want to send review requests for. It may be for gift certificates or for a service request, such as a rework request.

If you need to suppress review requests for specific products, you can manage these in [Products](http://go.helpfulcrowd.com/app-product-catalogue)

**Set-up steps**

1.  Goto to the [product catalogue](http://go.helpfulcrowd.com/app-product-catalogue)
2.  Click **Archive** for the product you wish to suppress
