This feature is only available to accounts created as custom websites
Go to product catalog page in HelpfulCrowd control panel and click New product button:
This will open a new product form, where you need to provide following information for your product:
- Name - this should be the same as whatever you use as the main product title on your product page
- ID - unique identifier for product. This can be SKU, product record ID in your database, or any other unique identifier you may be using on your website
- URL - URL to product page. If you have multiple URLs for the same product, use the one you consider as default (for example one that you would want to appear at the top in Google search results)
- Feature image - this image will be used in review requests sent to your customers so make sure your product is easily recognisable
Once you have filled out the form, click Save.
